MORAL RECONATION THERAPY (MRT)
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) is a systematic treatment strategy that seeks to decrease recidivism among juvenile and adult criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning. MRT is a cognitive-behavioral counseling program that combines education, group and individual counseling, and structured exercises designed to foster moral development in treatment-resistant clients.
"Participating in the MRT program has made me a better person. I now hold myself accountable and after 30 plus years. I'm finally being honest with myself and those that I love."
